What we collect
To fulfil orders we collect your name, phone number, email, shipping address, and order history. Authentication is handled by Firebase Authentication (phone, email, or Google).
How we use it
Your data is used solely to process orders, arrange delivery through our courier partners, provide customer support, and meet GST/invoicing obligations. We do not sell your personal data.
Third parties
We share the minimum necessary information with Razorpay (payments) and Shiprocket (shipping) to complete your order. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
Data retention
Order and invoice records are retained as required by Indian tax law. You may request deletion of your account data, subject to those legal retention periods.
